What I Accomplished in the Narrative Today: I would have typed more, but I had a brain wave about how to fit Man of Steel into the Signs and Portents series finally. So I ended up spending most of the morning on writing that down instead.

What Else I Accomplished Today: XMarks did not go cuckoo today. Listened to my mother for over an hour, was finally able to tell her that I was leaving town for the weekend, then got my chores done and packing done way after my bedtime.
What I'm looking forward to: Not being at home this weekend.
What I'm not looking forward to: Seeing how badly the washing machine service fee wrecked my budget for this two weeks. Feeling like there has been no progress on sewing. No panic center of the brain, we cannot take a week off of work to work on it.
