WIP Wednesday 01

So getting these together and posting them has been hard to do with my current work schedule. Hopefully I will get my Fridays back by the end of February. However, I have been busy! January and February are my Biker Mice From Mars months.

  • Finished outlining Evil Jack: Perseverance
  • Took my beta's edits and made the third draft of Wars Are Won By Those Who Dare: Sacrifice of Happiness
  • Working on the publication files for Wars Are Won By Those Who Dare: Sacrifice of Happiness
  • Writing the first draft of Wars Are Won By Those Who Dare: Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler

They parked the bikes in the attached garage and entered the glass and steel beamed atrium that covered three store levels. Tala’s impression was fancy for people whom labels meant everything. The glass elevators rose from fountains. Potted greenery gracefully draped from the planters toping the railings on the levels above. A polished black baby grand piano had a musician supplying live music to shop to on the first floor.

“So are all malls this nice?” she asked Charley.

“I got out of the habit of going to malls when I graduated high school.” Charley stopped at the directory sign. “And with the Biker Mice in tow, I try to shop local. They’re less likely to get thrown out and banned if the employees are grateful for the latest hero stunts.”

“We also don’t take them often,” Sparks added.
