What I Accomplished in the Narrative Today: Finished the rough draft on January 1st. All I did was play a computer game and write. Then I realized that this series took about a year and a half to write.

I blew the 2nd on blood work, HTML coding Chapter Thirty-Six, correcting the Italian in "Forgiveness," and editing One Rule. So I finally started typing Chapter Thirty-Seven today January 3rd.
Fave line: "Sorry we screwed up having her in the Regency Room, Alfred."
What Else I Accomplished Today: Three hours spent cleaning the kitchen and I'm only half done. :p Seriously, it is the half with the pantry, which I also cleaned out and got rid of food I can't eat. And I also uncovered the table again.

Non-stop rain is what stopped me from relocating the cardboard boxes and various recyclables to the porch or car, which is making the mess in the middle of the room now. The half that is left to do is dishes, which shouldn't take long once I can actually reach them and move the dishwasher around.
What I'm looking forward to: Bathroom, living room, and office are still on the deep clean list. The hall needs a reset from the laundry, and I haven't touched the sewing mess, which I must do to hem the new pants I bought for Christmas and to repair the Victorian Blue Dress before packing it. Yeah, right I'm looking forward to all that.

Okay, I'm looking forward to the clean house at the end of all that.
What I'm not looking forward to: The actual CLEANING I have to do. Plus sorting through the sewing remains and finishing the inventory of the fabric stash as I repack it.
